Quick Start — New Member Checklist
Complete these steps in order your first week. Each one unlocks the next.
Indicator Setup — TradingView
The TraderSQ85 indicator is a proprietary PineScript v6 indicator for TradingView. It's designed for IWM, QQQ, and SPY options on 3-minute and 5-minute charts during the NY session.
After purchase, you'll receive access to the TraderSQ85 script via TradingView's Invite-Only Scripts system. Check your Whop welcome email for instructions.
On any chart, click the Indicators button at the top of the screen (or press /).
In the Indicators panel, click the Invite-Only Scripts tab. You should see TraderSQ85 listed if your TradingView account is correctly linked.
Click TraderSQ85 to add it to your chart. The indicator will display Order Block detection, FVG zones, signal confirmation overlays, and TP/SL levels.
Create a layout with IWM, QQQ, and SPY open on 3m and 5m timeframes with the indicator applied to each. Save this as your "TraderSQ85 Session" layout.
ETF Priority Order: IWM → QQQ → SPY. If you see setups on multiple charts simultaneously, IWM gets priority. The indicator is validated on 3m and 5m — do not use on other timeframes without understanding the signal context.
Note: Access is tied to your TradingView username and Whop subscription. Sharing your indicator access violates our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Alert Setup
Set up alerts so you're notified in real time when a signal fires — even when your eyes are off the chart.
With the TraderSQ85 indicator applied, right-click anywhere on the chart and select Add Alert.
In the alert dialog, set the Condition dropdown to TraderSQ85 and select the alert condition (CALL signal or PUT signal).
Enable Pop-up and Email at minimum. If you have TradingView mobile, enable Push Notifications for mobile alerts.
Use names like "TSQ85 IWM 3m CALL" and "TSQ85 QQQ 5m PUT" so you know at a glance which chart and direction fired.
Create CALL and PUT alerts for each of your active charts (IWM 3m, IWM 5m, QQQ 3m, etc.). You'll need a TradingView plan that allows multiple simultaneous alerts.
Alert messages: Alerts are intentionally generic ("TraderSQ85 - CALL" / "TraderSQ85 - PUT") to protect the proprietary logic. The ETF and timeframe come from the chart the alert was created on.
Using Your Premium Trading Journals
The TraderSQ85 premium trading journals are browser-based tools — no app to download, no login required. Your data lives in your browser's localStorage.
The 4 Day Types — what to log every day:
Browser rules: Always use the same browser on the same device. Never use Incognito/Private mode. Export your CSV at least once a week as a backup. Save after every entry.
Important: Clearing your browser history, cache, or storage will delete your journal data permanently. There is no cloud backup — your data is local only.
The 17 EQ States
Every journal entry requires you to identify your EQ state — your emotional and psychological state at the time of the decision. This is the most important field in the journal. Patterns in your EQ data reveal where your psychology is costing you money.
Positive states (associated with good execution):
Watch states (require self-awareness):
How to use this: After 30 days, filter your journal by EQ state. If your losing trades cluster around "Impatient" or "FOMO," that's your work. The Dashboard tab shows your top EQ states automatically.
TQA — Trader Quotient Assessment
The TQA is your weekly homework — 25 questions across the 5 SQ dimensions, rated 1–5. Complete it every Sunday as part of your reflection day. 13 weeks of TQA data across Vol 1 Genesis is required before advancing to Vol 2 Formation.
Scoring guide:
Total score is out of 125. Your target by the end of Week 13 is 68+/125 (55%) — this indicates readiness to advance to Vol 2. Track your weekly scores in the 13-Week History grid.
Discord Community
The Discord is where live education happens. Sessions are held during the NY market session — check the #schedule channel for current timing. Key channels:
Session times, product updates, schedule changes. Check this first.
Pre-market prep, bias, levels to watch. Post your pre-market notes here.
Real-time discussion during screen shares. Questions go here while sessions are live.
Share your journal entries, screenshots, and wins. Community accountability.
EQ state discussions, SQ framework questions, trading mindset. This is the deep work.
Community standard: No hype, no signal-calling, no income claims. We discuss setups, process, and psychology. The rules are in #rules — read them your first day.
The Daily Routine
The TraderSQ85 curriculum is designed for 2–3 focused hours per day during the NY session window. Here's the structure:
Check overnight action, identify key levels (PDH/PDL, VWAP), post pre-market bias in Discord, review yesterday's journal entry.
Join Discord live session. Watch for OB retest setups with signal confirmation. Trade OR document why you didn't trade — both are valid.
Log the day — trade or no-trade — including EQ state, screenshot, and SQ note. Hit Save. This is non-negotiable.
Write your weekly reflection journal entry. Complete your TQA assessment. Review your win rate and EQ patterns for the week.
